smc1Chip customized a program for our leader guiding principles and delivered clear action steps for implementation, which equipped our leaders to build confidence in their approach to leading their staff. He is an effective communicator, concise, and to the point. He has been a decade-long coach for Schneck Medical Center and has spoken for our board, directors, supervisors, and managers. He continues to engage our staff as if it is the first time.

ui1aI've had the pleasure of seeing Chip Madera in action at three different organizations - two of those times I was the person contracting for his services. In all three cases, Chip was professional and focused on how to contribute to our success. He worked with us as a partner versus just a hired speaker, and he customized his content to fit our needs versus asking us to change to fit his content. He also did his homework - he spent time getting to know us so that he could speak in our language and relate to our culture.  As a speaker, he is one of the best (the CSP designation is well deserved) and based on the evaluations from our most recent event, Chip was THE HIGHLIGHT of the program, not only for style and humor but quality of content as well. I'm happy to offer this recommendation knowing Chip backs it up with superior performance and a heaping helping of integrity.

wilmed1Thank you so much for sharing at our Leadership Development Institute. Several months later continue to see and experience positive results from your work with our leadership team. Your ability to connect with our team members and help them gain new perspectives has certainly made an impact on our journey to excellence. We look forward to having you continue working with our team to help them reach new levels of performance and achieve higher goals. It has been a privilege to reconnect with you since we worked together at my previous post at St. Francis in Georgia.

ihcA few years ago, I was attending an ASHHRA conference and was in a learning session when I received a text from a colleague who said, "I am in an incredible learning session with Chip Madera that you have to come to right now."

I left my learning session immediately and joined what was already a packed room and growing. Chip spoke of leadership courage and other aspects of leadership accountability and did so in a motivating and empowering manner. He was engaging and fun, and the content of his message was powerful and relevant.

As a member of the ASHHRA Board of Directors, I encouraged our Board to consider him as a keynote speaker at the conference the following year, which we did. He did not disappoint, as hundreds were educated and encouraged by his charismatic style and genuine passion for coaching leaders to higher levels of performance.

We brought Chip out to Utah to Intermountian Medical Group for a repeat performance for our clinic managers. He adapted his presentation to our unique needs and culture. Our senior leaders were delighted in his message, and our managers begged us to bring him back again in the future. Other regions within Intermountain Healthcare (our fully integrated healthcare system) heard of his acclaim and brought him in to speak to their hospital leadership, as well. They were similarly impressed with the results he delivered for their leadership teams.

Chip is the genuine, real deal. I highly recommend him to you as an expert and professional who knows his stuff and delivers. While it might seem odd to read what I am about to say, I would consider him not only a business associate, but a friend. Those who take the time to meet Chip will know exactly what I mean.

MaineHealthBringing Chip to our conference was the best decision we could have made to rejuvenate our teams across the MaineHealth System.  As we struggle with the implementation of new technology, downsizing, integration and reassignment of duties, your messages of significance and leadership were powerful, striking just the right chord... Participants indicated that you were the stand-out highlight of the day!  You were described as "entertaining", "inspirational", "right on the mark", "wonderful", "fabulous" and "excellent". I received an email the following day from someone who wrote "What a hoot Chip Madera is!" He was funny yet serious and certainly delivered an excellent message! Was impressed as were the rest of my table mates! What a gift - Thank you!"

Chip is a transformative leader. He is uniquely gifted with an arsenal that not only can motivate your team to understand, accept and inact change; but also manifest the change. He has the ability to personally connect all levels of leadership and staff with strategic insight and empowerment. His messages are clear, to the point, and applicable across the board.

munroe1What an AWESOME presentation to our leadership team - for the second time in three (3) months! I missed your first one since I was out of town, but I can see why you were invited back by popular demand. Thank you for making such a positive difference at Munroe!

SJPHSCorp3CChip may be one of the most engaging, dynamic yet personable professional speakers I have had the pleasure of working with. With great integrity and energy, he was able to challenge and transform our executive leadership events. Chip's leadership presentations were practical, appropriately humorous and yet encouraged our leaders to raise the bar on how they lead.

parrish1All written evaluations rated your presentation a 5 out of 5! I can personally attest that each time I have attended one ofyour sessions I have come away equipped to act on, not just ponder, the very practical suggestions you provide. You not only have a motivational style, you inspire people to the core; it is refreshing to hear a speaker that considers the whole person not just their "work self". The audience responds very positively to this... I don't think there are a lot of speakers who can relate effectively on this level.

cornerstone1Chip Madera provided leadership and customer service training for our organization of almost 2000 employees. He is an energetic and dynamic speaker who gets results.  Our patient satisfaction scores skyrocketing after working with Chip. More importantly, he left us with the knowledge and skills necessary to continue the momentum he created when he was on site. I would highly recommend Chip for leadership and service training for managers and employees.

Davita_logo1I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone have such a long lasting impression on my staff as you had; they are still talking about it. As you know, you were so awesome that one of our Corporate VP's hired you for four more speeches right on the spot. I recommend you with great pleasure and I'm sure that you will make a positive difference with any group you stand in front of.
