Dear HR Professionals:
Thank you so much for your invitation to share
with you at your monthly meeting on March 20, 2008
in Indianapolis.
I hope that my time with you was significant and
brought value to you personally and
professionally. But, most of all, I
hope you were inspired to explore your better
self. Because I know that your personal
and professional success will be determined by
your ability to influence others and develop
their potential.
Remember - "I am a leader!"
"I am a Problem Solver!" "I am a People
Developer!" Just that awareness will make
a profound difference in the way you see
yourself and, in turn, how others will begin to
see you. I have
attached the slides from my presentation.
There are also several more slides that I did
not have the time to explore with you regarding
your HR Departmental brand. So, if you
have any questions or would like more details
just ask and I'll be glad to share. If there is anything I
can do to support you personally or

I hope you know that my passion is all about
seeing you
succeed and make your organization stronger, more
equipped and prepared for the turbulent waters
of change that lay ahead. Sometimes my
words can be sharp and cutting, but I want you
to know that my intention is always to love and
support you in this special role of Human
Resources. I love the profession and am
fighting to keep our passion for it alive.
Remember, we deserve respect only we when we
believe we are deserving. Believe in
yourself, trust your intuition and don't wait on
the data to serve and act as a leader.
